YOUR ROLE

Manage selected HAIR CARE (SHISEIDO PROFESSIONAL BRAND) project independently using marketing skill & knowledge
Manage NPD plans in background/targeting/concept/production/COG/Information
Manage developing new and existing marketing/communication activity/on-line
and off-line tools to enhance customer journey touch points
Track progress of project KPIs for HQ and country
Close collaboration and communication with internal/external stakeholders,
partners, agencies, country teams

YOUR SKILLS

Minimum 5 years marketing experience
Track record in global/regional roles developing product category brand strategies
and activity at consumer goods company
Experience in NPD and/or 360 marketing, on/offline communication (preferably in
hair care or skin/body care) by oneself
Experience in KPI tracking
Experience and skill to drive the above marketing tasks independently
